Where do we go from here??

When peanuts became such an allergy issue, an entire market opened up... peanut-free everything.  Now most schools and even school boards are placing nut restrictions on student lunches and snacks to protect those students who are severely allergic.

Best Dairy Alternatives

Pasteurized cow’s milk is considered the top allergen and I have found that many symptoms in children - ranging from itchy skin to temper tantrums - improve greatly when it is taken out. 

Hyperactivity, impulsivity, aggression, perpetually stuffy nose, exhaustion, headaches, bed wetting, and eczema are  some of the issues I have seen resolve when dairy is removed.
