The Resilient Family: Stories of Hope. Meghann’s Journey

mood learning & behaviour parenting video

I literally got chills as Meghann, mom of 5, described how some simple diet changes shifted the entire dynamic of her household.

In our interview she got really vulnerable and talked about how she was scared to start, but was then spurred on by the remarkable and unexpected changes that happened, within literally 5 days of making the shifts.

This is why I do what I do.

Yes, there might be pushback from your kid
Yes, this might seem hard at first
Yes, your parents or even your partner might think you’re crazy
Yes, this is going to involve an investment of time, money and energy

But as Meghann so beautifully explains in this video interview, it gets easier once you get systems in place, and the rewards are literally priceless.

The key is to start. The other key is to have support.

Listen to my conversation with Meghann about how pushing through her fear brought her to a most unexpected place with her kids.
