The Resilient Family: Stories of Hope. Jenna's Journey

mood learning & behaviour video

“He would say things like, “I should go to jail, or I should die”. It was so hard to see him so little and having such hard time coping with life.”

This was Jenna’s experience with her son. In this interview Jenna tells the story of how her son transformed from an angry, sad, anxious, aggressive, grumpy three year old into a happy, thriving child who could go on camping trips, join activities and volunteer with his family.

Listen to Jenna’s a beautiful account of how everything changed once she really understood how the mind-body connection was playing out in her son.

She explains how she found perspective and started to see her child differently so she could help him grow into himself in the most positive way.

Have a listen.
