This is video 3 in our 5 part series on why food matters to resilience. This is what it comes down to, folks... the 4 things I boiled out from all the research and all the families I've worked with to help you stay organized and efficient. This is that we (parents) can focus on to improve the health and resilience of our kids. I call this framework the 4 Pillars Of Resilient Health. It's what will give you strategy and confidence and keep you focused on what matters most.
