How It Works

This test is offered through our Kids Wellness Clinic

STEP 1:

Order your test - be sure to enter the address you want us to ship the kit to. Please do not use a PO Box. You'll get an email confirmation from us within 15 minutes of payment. Watch for it.

STEP 2:

Respond to our confirmation email with the full name and date of birth of the person you want to test. We can't order the kit without this information so be sure to watch for that email. It should come within 15 minutes of your order submission.

STEP 3:

Once you've collected your saliva sample you will mail it back to the lab. Shipping is included for US addresses. If you are elsewhere you will need to pay for return shipping

STEP 4:

When the results are in you'll be notified via email, with instructions to access your results

STEP 5:

We'll send you an interpretation of your results, specific to tendencies, strengths, vulnerabilities and parenting ideas within 72 hrs of receiving your results

STEP 6:

We will invite you to a 30-minute session to go over any questions you may have about the results

The price listed here includes the test kit and the report. If you are ordering from the US it also includes shipping.

As soon as you purchase we will purchase the test kit for you. The lab will not refund us and we can not refund you.

We cannot assist with insurance claims or claim resolution for laboratory tests.

If you are outside of the US you will have extra shipping cost back to the lab.

Test kits ship from Toolbox Genomics and they are unable to ship kits to P.O. boxes. Please use a residential or business address.

After you order a test kit, completing the test is your responsibility. No refunds will be given if you can't complete the sample collection (a saliva collection from your child).

Once the lab has received your test results you will receive an email instructing you how to access them.

You will receive a link with follow-up instructions after your order is completed.
