We've been doing this a long time and have run a lot of different types of tests. We created these packages based on what gives parents the most actionable insight.  

There's no flexibility in these packages. If you want a more customized experience please consider our Roadmap To Resilient Health program.

Aside from genetic tests, if your test was run more than 6 months ago it is not relevant to the current state of the body. We can use past tests to inform progress but it's probably time to retest.

If you ran one or several of these tests within the last 3 months and want our advice on what to do with it, contact us directly and we'll lay out some options.

You have our support for 3 months starting as soon as we have our first session.

The turnaround time for the tests averages around two weeks once the lab gets the samples. The DNA test is a bit longer. We will get the kits sent out to you asap.

The sooner you get your test samples back to the lab, the more time we can spend with you to help you make use of the results. 

We will honor our commitment to review your results up to a maximum of 6 months after registration.

After 6-months, your sessions and reviews are subject to a rebooking fee.

The labs will not refund us so we can not refund you. It is up to you to collect the samples from your child. 

The GutCheck tests require a stool sample, and the DHA Panel requires a blood draw. Those are usually the most difficult to collect. The other tests are saliva and urine which most families have no trouble with. 

We are not able to offer refunds on the tests for any reason.

Our NeuroCheck clinic packages are designed to give you data and a plan; our Roadmap To Resilient Health also includes a robust coaching aspect and review sessions to support you in implementing the plan.

Some families use the NeuroCheck assessment as a preliminary package before committing to our Roadmap.
