As soon as you purchase we will purchase the test kit for you. The lab will not refund us and we can not refund you.

We cannot assist with insurance claims or claim resolution for laboratory tests.

Orders for this test are accepted from Canada and the United States only. If you are elsewhere, contact us for a shipping quote

Test kits ship from Vibrant American and they are unable to ship kits to the state of New York as per state laws.

Vibrant is also unable to ship kits to P.O. boxes. Please use a residential or business address.

After you order a test kit, completing the test is your responsibility. No refunds will be given if you can't complete the sample collection (a finger prick).

Once Vibrant has received your test results you will receive an email instructing you how to access them.

All Vibrant tests are done at Vibrant America Clinical Labs.

You will receive a link with follow-up instructions after your order is completed.

Would you like to add another test kit for another family member? Your card will be charged for another kit and we'll send them both out together.

How It Works

This test is offered through our Kids Wellness Clinic

STEP 1:

Order your test. Use the mailing address you'd like us to send your kit to. Please do not use a PO Box.

STEP 2:

You'll get an email confirmation from us within 15 minutes of payment. Please reply to that email with the full name and date of birth of the person doing the test. We can't order the test without that information.

STEP 3:

The lab (Vibrant America) will confirm your order and provide tracking.

STEP 4:

Once your kit has shipped, we will send you test instructions by email. They should also be included in the kit.

 
STEP 5:

When the results are in you'll be notified via email, with instructions to access your results

STEP 6:

We'll send you an interpretation of your results within 72 hrs of receiving them
